Why CGI Renders?

Many of my clients find themselves in a situation where they are shown floors plans and construction drawings while looking at a building site. Their home is under construction but they have no vision of what awaits them, the image in their head which will keep them going while their home is essentially being destroyed.

Images like this create hope, an image to hold on to, giving my clients the extra energy to push on through the months of construction work and know that this is what awaits them sometime in the future.

This image was created for my client and they now have that vision of the future, keeping their dreams alive as this home will very soon become a reality, live in that dream when construction is completed next year, I feel privileged to play a very small part in keeping that dream alive.
